As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Customer Experience solution and Analytics and Actions products, you have a strategic position in Product Marketing and the company. The product positioning, use cases, compelling stories, and differentiated content you create is backed by in-depth product knowledge, competitive / market analyses, and customer insights.
You will act as the subject matter expert and spokesperson for the products, its GTM strategy, messaging, target customers, competitive positioning, and customer success stories. As such, alignment with product management, sales, and marketing is critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

    • Drive effective GTM strategies through product expertise, alignment, and positioning, content creation, and communications
    • Work closely with the product management team in defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Analytics and Actions products.
    • Support product launches and quarterly product releases
    • Ensure successful execution of the GTM strategy by acting as the marketing and messaging hub, aligning cross-functional teams
    • Create customer-facing collateral including web content, data sheets, solution briefs, pitch decks, and thought leadership, that compels prospects act and move their way through the buying cycle
    • Produce product and feature/ function level assets including use case demos, video vignettes, product training decks, and data sheets
    • Develop sales tools and training assets highlighting product value and key differentiators
    • Train sales on the product, target personas, messaging, competitive positioning points, and validation

Required Experience

    • 5+ years marketing experience as a product marketing manager with some of that in CX and SaaS technology
    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or similar field; MBA preferred.
    • Pragmatic Marketing Certified or similar preferred
