Job description
Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the store.
Minimum of 1 weekly meeting to be held with all staff members to discuss overall performance of the store & make suggestions on areas of improvement
. 6 months & 1 year performance evaluations to be done of all the team members to discuss their strength and opportunity to improve.
* Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programmes.
Attend webinars , zoom meetings with head office regarding launching of new LTO ( limited time offers) & also learning about about new services coming up in near future like UEAT etc. Analysis of neighbourhood competition regarding promos, coupons etc and quickly make decisions maintain sales target.
*Following up with Supervisor about customer service is maintained by making sure cashiers are greeting all walk in guest, staff is taking out food to the tables, following up with all the guest after food is served to make sure all guest leave happy and satisfied.
Must watch video camera recording to investigate complaints made on online platforms like skip the dishes, uber etc and send proofs to apply for credit if complaints turns out be false.
Making of schedule on weekly basis.
Keeping records of payroll in google drive and sharing with accountant to generate pay stubs.
Making payments of all miscellaneous expenses in store on day to day basis like payments to fire safety inspection co., hood cleaning co. , front sign payments etc Plan and work to budgets, maximise profits and achieve sales targets in comparison to last year sales.
Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that restaurant complies with health and safety regulations. B
uying certain items from whole club on weekly basis if there is shortage by approved vendor like GFS and Pepsi.
Participate with supervisors in hiring new staff
Make PD7 & PST payments on monthly basis.
Making sure supervisors are following routine work like maintaining temp charts, changing sanitizer every 4 hours , checking washroom every hours to comply with standards.
Training supervisor to order inventory through approved vendors 2 times a week
Working with local fund raising programs by providing them approved coupons for branding of meltwich in community.
