The Spring Creek Group of Companies located in Beamsville, Ontario is a vibrant, growing, international asset-based logistics company that has specialized in LTL over the road transportation throughtout North America for over 25 years.

DAILY CITY DISPATCH MANAGEMENT
*dispatch/routing drivers and manage daily/weekly schedules
*communicate with drivers and track orders and ensure documents are received for orders
*Truckmate (TMW) software knowledge an asset
*MS Office 365 (Word/Excel) an asset
OVERSEE CITY PLANNING
*co-ordinate with InBound and OutBound dispatchers
*manage city fleet daily/weekly budget
MANAGE and ASSIST/OVERSEE CROSS-DOCK
*manage Cross Dock supervisor and assist with cross dock if needed.
MEETINGS
* attendance required at weekly meetings as well as complete action items.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
*must have minimum 2 years dispatch experience in LTL industry.
*ability to prioritize and provide solutions to changing scenarios and be a quick thinker
*knowledge of Hours of Service laws.
*excellent communication skills by phone or electronic systems.
*must be able to obtain a clean Security/Police Clearance.
*knowledge of Loadlink or various Load Boards
