What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the post-production pipeline of multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day activities of the post department run smoothly
- Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will partner closely with the editorial and creative
- teams to set the tone for how the projects are managed and deliver first-class experiences, on time and on budget
- Understand and effectively communicate scope needs and requirements to post-production team members, including internal team members and freelance resources
- Prepare quotes and schedules for offline, transfer, online and audio with consultation from a Senior Editor and/or Executive Producer
- Manage and communicate status to the internal project team and ensure that issues and risks are properly identified, considered, escalated, and resolved.

- Use post-production scheduling software to keep the studio calendar schedule up-to-date
- Manage post-production status meetings and ensure the status report is kept up-to-date
- Communicate with and manage expectations of clients in conjunction with Executive Producer
- Schedule audio studio and edit suites for creative or client sessions
- Consultation in overall studio workflow & post production budgets
What You'll Bring
- 5 – 7 years of post-production experience in an agency or post-production studio
- environment
- A strong leader and a team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving industry
- Strong client communication skills
- Knowledge of start-to-finish project tasks across broadcast and content
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and distill complex information to other team members
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, set priorities and solve problems
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Gmail is required
- Proficiency on Mac and PC platforms is required
- Applicants must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Bonus Points!
- Knowledge of VFX pipelines: troubleshooting of programs like After Effects
- Knowledge of programs like Flame, Nuke, Maya and blender are major bonuses!
