The Opportunity AntiSocial Solutions is looking to add an experienced Media Producer to our award-winning team in Toronto! As our Media Producer, you will be responsible for managing our media projects to ensure high-quality delivery and execution from start to finish. This position involves the day-to-day running of the internal and client projects that will cover strategy, digital marketing, client management, and other business operation tasks. You will spend your time tracking budgets, schedules, managing scope and timelines, creating project plans, spotting risks and opportunities, and managing production and media teams to successful project completion. The ideal candidate is well versed in all things paid media (from strategy to execution to reporting) and possesses strong leadership abilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scope media strategy, planning and execution
- Lead the project and deliver at the highest possible quality
- Own and monitor financial health of the project by ensuring the team is properly resourced and able to thrive for highest quality deliverables within scope and budget
- Support department heads and team members involved within the project
- Maintain and build strong client relationships alongside Client Services team
- Ensure all daily tasks are being completed correctly and delivered on time - leverage internal project management tools such as monday.com, Forecast and Harvest
- Monitor projects with foresight and report risks and potential solutions to Director of Production
- Support reporting meetings with client (outlining results to date, learnings, and recommendations)
- Support clients with education around paid media and attribution
- Solution solving with Account Director and Client Services team for service gaps/areas of opportunity with the clients
- Support and/or lead meetings, brainstorms campaign strategy, campaign management, and planning sessions with internal teams
- Support and/or lead strategy development for paid media campaigns
- Final QA on all external client facing documents - ad copy, blocking charts, strategy decks, external qa, etc
- Experience in managing social creative strategy and content production a strong plus
What You'll Bring
- Project management experience (3+ years)
- Paid media experience (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of media buying strategy and platforms, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc
- Agency experience required
- Ecommerce experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience managing multiple people and projects in person and remotely
- Critical thinking, strong risk mitigation skills as well as problem solving skills
