Job Overview
Come work as a cook in one of the up and coming restaurants in Muskoka. We have a 150 seat restaurant overlooking the Falls. Everyone working here takes pride in what they do and we are looking for new team members who share in our mentality.
We have great, affordable staff housing available in Gravenhurst and bracebridge that is just a short walk away from everything you need to enjoy this beautiful area of Ontario.
A Line Cook is responsible for their prepping and executing their assigned station. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the food industry. Or a very strong desire to learn. Through the guidance of the leadership team, you will develop the expertise needed to thrive in your working environment.
Over the course of your tenure, you will learn and develop multiple skills that will increase your understanding and efficiency within a professional kitchen. Some of these skills include strong leadership capabilities and refined cooking techniques. By being exposed to both events and restaurant operations you will be well equipped to advance with your career.

Job Responsibilities
-Ensuring prep is completed and organized according to the Chef's expectations
-Always striving to execute high quality food at a fast pace during service
-Must have a strong sense of discipline and initiative
-To assist with other duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

-The working environment is cleaned and sanitized on a constant basis

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bracebridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
