Are you Googling everything always?Ogilvy is seeking an Influencer Strategist to work on a range of brands, and bring social expertise and perspective to an integrated environment. Our new data-driven Strategist will work on Influencer Marketing programs and must have a strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the influencer space. We are seeking someone with superior relationship building skills and someone who is a team player. The position will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day influencer marketing activities on behalf of brands, partnering with influencers as brand advocates, content promoters, and content contributors.

Our client portfolio includes Unilever, York University, Merck, LG, Coca-Cola, Tyson, Jollibee, and more Responsibilities / Responsabilités:
- Develop and execute influencer programs inclusive of distribution strategies across paid, owned and earned that deliver on business objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time
- Partner and collaborate with experts across Ogilvy to integrate influencer programs into wider marketing efforts
- Partner with paid media team to maximize impact of influencer programs through sophisticated distribution
- Oversee research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that help meet brand goals
- Analyze and assess campaign to provide valuable insights and optimizations
- Create and conduct influencer briefs for creatives and influencers
- Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
- Efficiently and effectively plan and manage influencers at large-scale events
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer strategy and execution; experience in driving talent partnerships
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that results in authentic and persuasive storytelling
- Proven ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreach
- Proven ability to bring creative thinking and ideas to support campaign executions
- Strong project management skills with impeccable attention to detail. Required to manage campaigns end-to-end from research to contracting and invoicing
- Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
- Proven ability to shepherd the develop legal contracts with influencers
- Experience working with influencer and content management tools
- Experience using influencer search tools and platforms to assess the effectiveness of an influencer
- Experience in affiliate programs and iCommerce is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of beauty categories is a plus
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada
- Must be open to work both remotely and in-office at Ogilvy when required
