You will plan and monitor the work of key leaders at Ecofish, collaborating and supporting with clear communication and timely coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and scheduling the work of key leaders
  • Helping develop and action key initiatives
  • Screening and responding to email
  • Conducting errands and purchases
  • Preparing for and attending meetings
  • Liaising with staff and suppliers


  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, motivated
  • Well organized, efficient, and self-managed.
  • Experience as an executive assistant, administrator, or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
  • Schedule is negotiable; however, flexibility to work a variable schedule with overtime is required.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in related field, would be an asset.
