WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
You will plan and monitor the work of key leaders at Ecofish, collaborating and supporting with clear communication and timely coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and scheduling the work of key leaders
- Helping develop and action key initiatives
- Screening and responding to email
- Conducting errands and purchases
- Preparing for and attending meetings
- Liaising with staff and suppliers
THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Commitment to quality.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Reliable, trustworthy, motivated
- Well organized, efficient, and self-managed.
- Experience as an executive assistant, administrator, or equivalent related experience.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Schedule is negotiable; however, flexibility to work a variable schedule with overtime is required.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in related field, would be an asset.
